  • Booking requests: your name, email address, phone number, service address and ZIP code, details about your home, and your service preferences.
  • Cleaning professional applications and accounts: business name, contact information, experience details, and — for registered pros — an account email, phone number, and profile information such as service areas.
  • Basic usage analytics: anonymous page-view statistics that do not identify you personally. We do not use advertising cookies. Cookies are used only to keep signed-in professionals logged in to their accounts.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your booking request, match you with a cleaning professional, communicate with you about your bookings by email or text message, and operate professional accounts. We do not use your information for third-party advertising.

Text messages (SMS)

  • We use phone numbers to send service-related text messages only: booking updates and price confirmations for customers, and job offers and job updates for cleaning professionals. We do not send marketing texts.
  • Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any service.
  • Message frequency varies with your bookings. Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help.
  • Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent are not shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Who we share information with

  • Your cleaning professional: the details they need to perform the job you booked — your name, service address, schedule, and job details.
  • Service providers that run our platform: website hosting, our database, and our email and text-message delivery providers. They process your information only to provide these services to us.
  • Legal requirements: if required by law, subpoena, or to protect the safety of our customers and professionals.

We do not sell your personal information.
