What Turn Down is

Turn Down is a marketplace that connects homeowners with independent cleaning professionals in Austin, TX. The professionals are independent contractors — they choose which jobs to accept and set their own prices, which you review and confirm before anything is booked.

Payment

  • You save a card when you confirm a booking. Payments run through Stripe — we never see or store card numbers.
  • A hold is placed on your card about 24 hours before your cleaning; you're charged only once the job is done.
  • Cancellations are free up to 24 hours before the start; inside that window a flat late-cancellation fee applies. The exact policy is shown before you cancel.

If anything about a cleaning or a charge isn't right, email turndownatx@gmail.com and we'll make it right.
